Very helpful and polite staff, well laid out store.
Each time I go into this store I have to hold my breath in hope that I don’t come across the 1-2 rude lady’s that work there most days/nights. I would be in the middle of my shop and cornered by 2 staff members like I was doing something wrong. Stated if I did not show ID (while standing in the fridge) I would be kicked out. ID shown I then got mocked at the desk by the 2 women, they picked fun at my voice (I am legally deaf) and then decided to ask if “are you okay?!” - in a gaslighting and condescending way, in the middle ... read more
same experience as the other customer who got kicked out. has never ever happened to us before. my partner forgot his ID and offered to leave before being asked as he understood the rules. my MIL and I were then asked to leave even though my partner, a) is very much above 18 b) wasn’t buying anything and c) literally works in the coles next door and has a coles staff discount card that wouldn’t work unless he was over 18!! we understand about checking ID but where do you draw the line at kicking people out? going to ask mums... read more
