I came to Liquorland Maryland to pick up my order, but there were no bags, boxes, or any type of packaging available to carry the bottles. The staff simply left the bottles there and told me I had to find bags or boxes myself. I don’t think this is acceptable. If customers place an order, the store should have proper packaging available to carry it safely.

I had a great experience at this liquor shop. The store is well-organized, clean, and has an excellent selection of wines, spirits, and beers. What really stood out was the customer service—Ujwal was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick out a perfect bottle of whiskey for a gift. He took the time to explain the differences and make recommendations based on my budget. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended
