The manager here is absolutely wonderful and incredibly hard working!! The beautiful Assistant Manager is incredibly helpful and absolutely amazing! Such a great team with wonderful service who go above and beyond each and everyday! My favourite store!!
Staff were friendly
I went to Liquorland today with my family to buy an alcoholic beverage. I was served by Kane and he was rude and unprofessional. He was complaining that no one told him that we wanted to pay separately for the purchase and started raise his voice. As someone who works in a customer service environment, this is quite unbecoming. If you can see this comment Kane, you are rude/condescending and you don't deserve to work in customer service. I've never seen such rude behavior towards someone thrice his age. How pathetic.
It's my regular store however they need to pick up the customer service a bit more, one several occasions there is only ever ONE operator serving and everytime I go in its 6 people deep trying to get served and the female manager walking around ignoring the situation. Im sure she runs things well there however a little reminder that customers pay your wage and they don't like to wait especially when you see them just walking around
