I'm not too sure how to rate this. Reason being, checkout was fine, it was the experience I had in store. Around 1300 - 1400 on the 25 / 03 I went to this store to shop for a gift for a family member. The agent, a female, brown skin, curly hair would not let me out of her sight. Staff are awesome
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with my order under supervision of @Sharnie the rude manager. Her performance at the management level was truly subpar. There was a complete lack of quality control, as she provided the wrong order. I ordered a zero-proof Pinot Noir, but she gave me a non-alcoholic wine instead. It's frustrating that such a careless mistake was made, and it greatly impacted our lunch negatively. @Sharnie, you should at-least repeat high school darl, you’re not mature enough to be a store manager. ... read more
I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. As I was about to walk into another section, the staff member suddenly shouted loudly at me: “No, no, no, you can’t go there.” There were shelves, racks, and boxes with pricing displayed, and no signs, barriers, or notices indicating the area was restricted. Naturally, I assumed customers were allowed to browse. Even if it wasn’t permitted, a simple polite reminder would have been enough.
