You really need to train your staff better at this store. The way Tom spoke to me at 8.45pm on Friday 9th May was absolutely disgusting. Telling he wouldn’t serve me because he needed to go and “do a shit” is not the way you speak to your customers. He was aggressive and his behaviour is absolutely abhorrent.
I bought bottles alot of times from this store but today a worker named Nidi, she was asking me my ID lol. I am 36years old and my friend is 32 and she doesn't have physical ID but she was showing picture of her license and even passport but nidi was so rude and disrespectfull and keep asking for vicroads ID. Shout out to all the staff at this store. I’ve been there a couple of times and they are always so nice. The last two times I was hoping to get one of the docket deals, but they had run out. On both occasions, the staff looked for other options or suggested when they would have stock back in case I wanted to drop by again. The first time this happened, I was disappointed that I didn’t get the name of the assistant to thank them, so this time I made sure to keep it from the receipt. I have been in this area from last 5 years and Never saw a Liquorland shut during opening hours & busy time just for the staff to have a 10 mins or a 20 mins break. 7 out of 10 time I have to wait for the lady staff to come back to open the shop after bludging around with random people. Totally unexpected. Why the management is not doing something..there are people waiting outside the store to be served. Disgusting management for Coles.
