I had a disappointing experience at Liquorland Indooroopilly due to the conduct of one cashier. The customer ahead of me received warm, friendly service with conversation and clear engagement. When it was my turn, the interaction shifted. I offered a greeting but was cut off with a blunt “Flybuys?” There was no greeting in return. My items were scanned with minimal acknowledgement. Unfortunately had a bad experience due to staff attitude. They were rude and unhelpful, which really took away from the visit. Customer service needs improvement.
The staff is very friendly, and get back to work very fast if they need to go to bathroom.
Great! When they are open… small selection of hard liquors. But not bad….
Ordered a bottle of vodka on uber eats tonight from here, unfortunately the uber eats the dilveey driver had a few questions which I didn't think was necessary or appropriate. Questioning whether I was able to drink or not. Sure I may be in a wheelchair but please have some respect. Thank you. I enjoyed the vodka. 🙂
