I’m extremely frustrated with the blatant discrimination my wife has experienced at your store. She is Kenyan and is constantly targeted by the same staff member, being asked for her ID repeatedly — six times now, despite us being regular customers. This only ever happens when she’s alone. When I’m with her and served by the same person, nothing is said. This is unacceptable and feels like racial profiling. It’s offensive, degrading, and needs to stop immediately.
