I’ve been overcharged here twice. My bank had to involve their fraud team to investigate the first double charge so I could be reimbursed. While that was being resolved, I was overcharged again. Coles staff and the helpful team at Liquorland Mornington sorted out this blunder. When I phoned the Liquorland Hastings manager the next day upon opening, she was unhelpful and dismissive. Check your receipt before leaving this store as overcharging appears to be a recurring issue. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

I went here this afternoon and was helped by Thomas, he was very friendly and approachable and helped me find what I needed, I will definitely be coming back!
