poor customer service
Got a $10 discount offer via email. Followed all the instructions and of course no discount. Cashier has no idea and gives me a form where you can lodge a complaint. I email them and the response is the mailbox is no longer manned. Follow up: I rang the number as suggested. They blamed Flybuys and said I should contact them. Pass. Won't see me at Liquorland again.
Great staff, very friendly, knowledgeable, and they are there to give you good old service.
