Very friendly staff visited this afternoon during the rain and the girl working was very helpful and polite.
Been shopping here for 10 plus years new manger now in charge with a power trip ripped me off with a price match and was disputing my argument and then accused me of swearing. Absolute disgusting customer service I will never be back now after 10 years as a customer shame on you.
Liquorland, Bentley Park doesn't deserve any stars! The new manager Genevieve is very, very unprofessional and discriminating! She needs to leave and be replaced by someone who has more experience!! Because screaming across the room from behind the counter playing the victim is not a good start. Genevieve has also provoked a situation so she could get a reaction from the customer and used that against them to give them a ban and the young girl with the blonde hair needs to be re-educated!
