The staff here is rude, I order click and collect and he asked me why you come before I send you the massage??? What wrong with you?? So I have to come after that. I show the massage and you still insist on I came before that. If you don’t want to do your service just don’t work there, better than you ruin the company reputation and annoy your customers. Hope you can get trained to become better staff.
Not at all a good shop. I bought a single bottle of wine and paid a premium price because a purchase of 2 bottles is needed to get the real price. I asked for a brown paper bag for my purchase and the staff member proudly told me "we haven't had them bags since November". If a shop can't do the basics and is expensive too, it's just not worth your time. There are plenty of options in the area.
Rude staff, can’t even bother saying anything to you at the counter besides bluntly request for ID (which is an understandable request). Wouldn’t hurt to not treat regular customers like they’re criminals. Rude and zero service skills at all, maybe look at a job where you don’t have to give service if you can’t.
I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Brayden. He was helpful, polite and well-mannered, and a real credit to the store. Such a lovely young gentleman and a wonderful representative of Liquorland. An absolute asset to the team.
If I could give a negative star rating I would! The customer service here is absolutely appalling. The staff member was not only rude to us but to other customers as well. He accused me of buying alcohol for a minor, even though I clearly wasn’t. I was simply looking after my younger brother, which is completely legal under NSW liquor laws.
