Staff member only served me at 7:54pm (close is 8pm) because I wasn’t paying with cash. He said that he doesn’t get paid overtime and that he closes early because of it. I also stood by and witnessed him turn another customer away at 7:58pm. Staff member was polite enough, likely in his contract it mentions overtime within reason… how often does this staff member do over time to accrue more then “within reason”?
If you say you close at 8 - you close at 8. Not 7:30. All of the shutters closed at 7:30 is not a real good look.
I wont say all staff but i found few staffs were very rude and unprofessional
Growing area more and more housing so the service provided is a necessity and the staff are amazing very helpful , polite and helpful great range.
