Manager at the desk was rude and condescending. Photo ID provided via Services NSW app can be accepted in a period of 2 years after the expiry date, and manager treated me like I was an idiot and condescendingly told me if it's anywhere after the expiry date she would refuse service, despite seeing me purchase before while the ID was valid. Staff there so friendly
Heartless and rude staff. I entered the store at 7:45pm on weekday only to smash my head on roller shutter which was 3/4 down to have the staff member at the counter burst into laughter. I don’t think corporate will appreciate your behaviour!
