there are lots of range of wines and good prices but customer service is bad :((. I came to the shop on Friday to get some stuffs ready for weekends but the staff is not really welcomed, she cant even smile and when I asked for recommendation I feel like she does not want to talk.

Very disappointing today. Zero customer service from lady on a desk. I am regular customer. Always buy liquor from this store. Today the lady realised me why I come to store.her name was Jyoti. No experience of how to talk and deal with customer.
Hi I did click and collect They put wrong item I ask to refund the difference but they said they cant and i had to drove back and forth to get the correct item No compensation as well Thankyou
