Does your staff still work or just stay on the toilet entire shift?
Twice I have tried to come to this shop between 6-7pm and twice it has been closed with a sign saying when they will return. The shop closes at 8! Surely having a break an hour before closing (plus arguably a prime time for people shopping on their way home after work) is not acceptable.
Rude cashier, doesn't let elderly people pay without ID cause they "might be under 18", causing them extra hassle.
The seller at the shop tonight (long hair attached on top) gave me a bad customer service, if we can call it a service... he was on his phone the whole time and barely answered my question by pointing the other side of the shop and returning on his phone.
