Racist staff. My husband provided foreign drivers licence and staff misinformed my husband that foreign licences are not accepted nationwide at bottle shops. If you think you can't verify authenticity of other country's licences just say that instead of providing false information.
I asked for a Vasse Felix wine. Store manager refused to look at anything but the bottle which i had to google. said not available and told me to go to dan Murphy didn't even try to look at other stores. terrible terrible service
Customers being called “pathetic” by staff because of forgotten ID. The guy was working today at 2pm at the front. Please do a check on the staff’s attitude… Shocking service from liquorland.
