I went through the reviews and realized this didn’t happen only to me. Many others have mentioned the same issue, so you may need to take action on this. Extremely disappointed with the rude and unprofessional service. I am 30 years old, and the staff showed no common sense. The lady at the counter (possibly the store manager) asked for my ID even though I was not the one purchasing anything. My friend, who is also 30, was the buyer, yet she asked for my ID as well. Helped by Sujata on lane 3 with an issue i had her help was enormous and professional give a 5 star
The lady that works there is a very rude person I was getting my money out and she continued to tell me the amount I told her to wait a second I was getting the money and she yelled at me, I was dealing with holding shopping and trying to squeeze a pram into the small space you have at the counter. I always go to that liquor land and will not be returning there!
Poor Customer service rude store, Checked only my ID, I have seen others didn't show any ID, im 32 years old Michael don't have any common sense
staff was extremely rude, would not even try to look at my id or my partners and yelled at us to leave the store...
