Went in today at 3pm. The girl helped me by getting liquor from the locked cabinet (I completely understand the locked cabinet, as annoying as it is) anyway I go to hold the bottle to read it, then just hold it, as the usual process is (where the customer service opens the cabinet then gives you the item from it) however she abruptly says "I'll hold on to this one" (mind you it was a $26 bottle of vermouth) - - what a strange overkill process for 3pm in a quiet store, I was in workout gear, not a hat or hood. Randomly canceled order, I checked and they are still open for another 1 hour 20. Menulog told me they had trouble processing my cart, when all it had was one bottle of whiskey, how could that be so hard? Unless in demand, but on a Tuesday night? I don’t think so. Anyways if they are busy, they still have to accept online orders that’s why there store is still running on delivery apps.
