2025/07/17 UPDATE: Rating upgraded to 3 stars with owner/management change. But seriously, the debit/credit card surcharge is greedy and egregious. Service is friendlier, surcharge-free, and open more hours at Galamart. Location and hours are this place's main benefits. Beyond that, caveat emptor. Customer service here isn't. Posted prices here aren't. Watch the register, count your change, get a receipt.
Very very bad costumer service, I was in line waiting to cash $3 dollar scratchers, the guy passed me 3 times and I told him I am next, he responded “you have to wait” thanks god for people that speak up, one lady told him she is next and he said she has to wait, I told him you had passed me 3 times, the lady told him again she is next, with a mad face he gave me the tickets. I just said thanks and left. I was just confused and upset, but it’s Saturday and I just finished working and wanted to go home.
inside the store, it's clean and well organized.
Unhappy because they don't keep there refrigerators cold enough. Not even close. If I want a cold drink or cocktail I won't get it here. You would think that a store that specializes in cold drinks they would turn down the thermostat. They're cheap and trying save on there utility bill.
