Just moved to New Britain, shopped at Amazing Grapes for my favorite beverage, no problem finding it. Store had great selection, very impressed by a Polish cashier, helped me out alot, very pleasant person, showed me where everything was that I was looking for. She was very polite and helpful. Will be shopping there more often, hope that pleasant cashier is working when I do. Finally found someone who knows how to treat a customer. Thank you! 😊 Paul P.

Since new ownership that place has gone downhill with friendly service! There are a couple friendly faces that still work there before new ownership but that's it. There is a indian lady that works the register and always has this long face on her. Never cracks a smile, doesn't offer you a bag and won't even say hello! It's certainly changed, I'm not sure it's Liquor Depot anymore. Liquor Depot had people on the floor asking if we needed help and offering ideas and suggestions or better or other options. Also, the price is much higher. I would go to Liquor Depot to buy everything I needed, but now there are other local spots with better prices.
