Had a reaction to the 40 units of Botox and called in to express my concerns. Spoke with Joseph the manager and he was very empathetic and scheduled me to come in to speak face to face with both him and Raquel. I came in anxious and left at peace. I felt the professionalism with how it was handled as well as the knowledge I was provided .
