I’ve been bringing an elderly client to Liquid Gym . She absolutely lives it ! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is immaculately clean. It has impressed me so much that I’ve decided to come in to see the massage therapist for a nagging old injury.

I joined the Liquid Gym for rehab after experiencing a fall resulting in a hip fracture with complications. Training in one of their deliciously warm pools with knowledgeable instruction from my trainer Jon, I felt secure in the water doing healing and strengthening exercises which would have been impossible for me on land. I highly recommend this type of therapy for anyone wanting to recuperate without the stress of land exercising.
I have been going here since 2013 or 14 just to keep my body strong. It is excellent for mind and body.
