An absolute treat for relaxation fantastic staff and lovely float rooms. We really enjoy our monthly float and each float just keeps getting better and better. Thank you liquid Zen for having such a wonderful space for us to enjoy 🥰🥰 K + D xx
Nice lounge area, infrared sauna, towels provided and easy to book online. Don’t have a shower, didn’t notice that information anywhere before booking. First time i have seen that, very unhygienic, having a cold shower after sauna is necessary food good hygiene, but also great for your blood circulation , definitely would not go back.

I phoned to make enquiries, Kristy promptly answered my call, was patient with answering all my questions and mere hours later she was warmly welcoming me for my first float. Kristy introduced me to my float room and how to use it. The float room was spacious and made me feel like I was floating in a little world of my own. Went here yesterday for my first floating experience and wasn’t really sure what to expect. I laid down in that lovely water and couldn’t settle my mind so I focused on my body (as is suggested by Liquid Zen) then I could feel SO many unusual sensations in my stomach and back. I continued to focus on these sensations as not good or bad, just sensations. After the hour my body was so light in the water it was amazing.
