Lauren came to my house and was very nice. I was grateful to not have to go anywhere and have an attentive and kind nurse to take care of me 😊
Terrible. “Nurse” stuck me 3 times before she had a vein, then all my labs that cost a small fortune came back inconclusive because they don’t have my gender on file, despite having my gender in my profile, having affirmed my gender in their questionnaire, etc., etc., etc. worthless and incompetent - go to a real lab, or your doctor, not these clowns….
My nurse did great- one stick IV. She was friendly and caring. The environment is a bit noisy so that’s the only thing I’d recommend improving.
