Customer service is an all-time high, Juan really is so friendly and kind and will do his best to help you out in a pinch. I use them for my cafe and it's been a good experience. Only docking a star because scheduling can be a bit tricky sometimes when you're a small business trying to compete with all the larger businesses they service.
Using Liquid Ice for parts is so worth it. They have proven to have fair prices and they will come though in a jam. Worth the call for to compare. Service is, well I don't know. Other reviews on driving! I give some drivers a break. Though sand truck, DOT, and Uber drivers are the worst of clueless drivers who forget the world they live in and the roads they drive on.
