Rude customer service simply called to ask a question and Mike answered basically pushing me off the phone and very condescending.last time I deal with these people they need to learn how to speak to people on the phone
I renewed my FFL after a 35 year hiatus in December of 2024 as Uncle Sam's Armory and have bought most of my inventory from my sales rep Abby Lorio...she truly goes above and beyond, I mentioned that I wanted a certain gun but there none available..but she found one and hooked me up, I try to make an order about twice a month and always have a great experience. They have a great selection and great prices. I give a 10 out of 10...
Just wanted to let folks know of the great experience I had with Lipsey's customer service. I ordered one of their "exclusives". Purchased it through my local gun shop but the gun was announced in January and wasn't hitting the market for a time after that. I was excited and it wasn't entirely clear from the manufacturer how soon the gun would getting to the consumers since it was a new offering.
