As a new mom who recently moved to the area, I was excited to finally make my appointment after having to reschedule due to the move. The woman at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the person who brought me back never introduced herself and immediately told me the nurse wasn’t going to fill my lips and that I needed them dissolved before I had even met with the provider. I had both Botox and lip filler done with Dr. Kumar, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the consultation through the treatment, she made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to what I wanted, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I loved my experience at Lips and Ivs. The place is so clean and everyone is so friendly. Nicole did my injections and she was the absolute best! She was very informative and patient with me! I had such a great experience with Dr. Kumar. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and really takes the time to listen to what you want instead of pushing unnecessary treatments.
