Terrible service. Rude staff. Totally unhelpful. Hired a suit jacket. Given three different prices then overcharged. When I got to the event, found a stain on the jacket. Emailed customer service to report it with photos. Got no reply or apology. When I returned the item the manager was rude and dismissive even though I could prove it was not my fault. No apology at all. Would never use again!
They used to be first rate for the price, but the quality has not risen as the prices have and now I find it is the same price (or near as makes no difference) as places such as Ede and Ravenscroft. I sadly doubt that I will be returning.
Best decision I ever made in my Life!!! I married in the Summer of 2019 and I wanted it to be the most special day in my life dressing like a Star. I was invited to a Garden partay to reminisce with my old friends so I needed some garden party top hat and tails or is tales? WELL - Lipman & sons is where we ended up. And let me say what a pleasant time we had sorting out a suit (try saying that 10 times fast) I will be back as the staff reminded me of the “Faulty towers” Show hence 5 little stars for U then!
