My attorney Karen Boston was supposed to pay for mediation and did not. Received correspondence from the courthouse 12 months later that my $80 payment is overdue and if I don’t pay it, they’re going to withhold my federal tax return. Contacted the attorney’s office and was informed that since the matter is concluded, I am now responsible for it. Sounds about right. I’m responsible to pay something that my attorney was supposed to and never did. Maybe the rest of the firm is decent, don’t use Karen Boston.
