I was alone in front of another business next door patiently waiting for it to open when the owner of Liora came out, started smoking (where it's illegal), and walked right towards me. When I started coughing (I have asthma), he kept walking towards me and yelling at me to leave, for absolutely no reason. He chased me around with his cigarette.
