I don’t want to leave a bad review. Dr. Rhee is very friendly and she did help me with my skin issue. However, the billing team made mistakes and they led me to misunderstand what my package has and what is left. Also this place likes to suggest expensive products that customers don’t really need and packages that are unnecessary. They made me feel all they care about is making profit.
Do not go. Please listen to the one star reviews, the other ones are paid for. I had an appointment May 21st, and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get my results back (unheard of). At my scheduled 2-week follow up, no results were ready, so I cancelled and waited. After a month of me consistently contacting them, I was told my results were in but the doctor was on vacation for two weeks--and staff refused to release them without another appointment. Don’t go. You’ll be disappointed. They refused to prescribe anything we could get at the pharmacy stating that their brand was better. I canceled our follow up appointment which I’m sure they didn’t like so they managed to overcharge us for the first time.
Dr Ree herself was nice, but the receptionists and billing department are incompetent and engage in some predatory billing practices. They charged me a hefty no-show fee for an appointment I had cancelled in due time. When I complained, they waived the fee, but charged me again for a follow-up appointment a year later I never even knew they had made. When I complained again, they told me that they had already waived a no-show fee once and would not do so again. There is no reasoning with them.
At first i was hesitant because i came in multiple times with an appt and i had to wait 45 mins to be seen for 5 mins. I am a patient for more than a year now. I shouldve listened to the other reviews; It felt like they were just after money and no care for the client. they charge 150 for missing appts even if it is unavoidable or unwanted emergencies and wont even give you the option to reschedule instead after missing it and explaining. Would not come back again and dont recommend.
