2026: Disappointed in the changes- burnout of employees, understaffed, mass exodus of good teachers, overloaded class sizes, and insensitive to incidents and parents. This place use to be filled with good people and warm hearts. Now it's cold and lacking compassion. Prior to 2026: No complaints. I feel like my children are safe and cared for here. Some of the teachers go above and beyond. I am greatful for their care, long hours, and programming.
The only reason we would give this place two stars are for some of the teachers that we had over our three years at the "academy". Most of these teachers have all left because of the leadership (or lack there of) onsite and corporate leadership. There was a new director roughly every six months, lack of continuity was one of the many issues. We had teachers that were not CPR certified, when they tell you that everyone there is certified. We switched over to this Lionheart from a different one and wow, it has been fantastic so far. It's quiet (not sure how they manage that with kids lol), they update us on everything, they are organized and structured which my kids thrive off of, and they are so sweet to my kids.
