Great source for new Lionel trains and supplies. Little to no vintage merchandise. Located in the Concord Mall. Two workers behind the counter never left their station to help with merchandise selection or questions.
Fantastic everyone is so nice
I'm writing this in reference to the poor and atrocious quality and outrageous prices of their products. To charge anywhere from $2,000 to $4,500 for a toy train is simply wrong and nothing can justify that. Inflation doesn't even really play a role in this anymore it's just them price gouging. Plus you pay an astronomical amount of money for their stuff and the stuff comes out poorly made and defective right out of the box and they don't make parts to keep your trains running should they break or fail or come out defective ... read more
Update: The Store in the Mall is Amazing. Must stop!! Huge layout, Dana and David are the best. Super knowledgeable and passionate about model trains.
