I have always had great experiences coming to the store in the mall. I was just there on Monday and had a horrible experience. I asked to see something behind the counter and the girl grabbed it and handed it to me and I couldn’t understand because she was wearing a mask and talked too fast. I apologized and asked what she had said and then she basically copped an attitude with what she had said. It will probably be awhile before I go back and hopefully she either won’t be there or have a better attitude.
I don't mind driving for a few hours to business at this store. all of the staff are great particularly Dave, My being new to the lionel family his knowledge help me with some valued purchasing. LOVE THAT LIONEL!!
