I am officially done collecting all diecast period. The quality gets worse n worse throughout the years and then the prices just get higher n higher. Ive been collecting for about 20 years. I dont want to hear the excuse of inflation either. Ever since Howard Hitchcock took over its has gotten worse. The diecast community deserves better. I love NASCAR n that will never change. As for diecast.......Im Done!

I have had a few small issues with some of the stock, ready to run trains and accessories from Lionel. However, because of the customer service from this retail store and the customer service from Lionel themselves, I would absolutely continue doing business with them. I recently had to reach out for a part that was missing and had customer service respond within 4 minutes and a replacement part mailed to me within the hour. Have bought a couple trains from this store, the trains seem to have defects that cause poor or no proformance at all. I don't see myself buying from this store again.

I like this place, it's the place I bought my first HO scale model train loop, but my only complaint is I feel like they should have more selections and inventory. Especially HO scale. I feel the store definitely caters more to O scale trains (the big trains) and then has some HO scale items on the side (the medium or half sized trains). Note: It also has a lot of NASCAR models. That makes sense since Lionel is based in Charlotte and Charlotte is the home of NASCAR too!
