Great store with helpful staff!
This Lionel store does not disappoint!! The larger of the two retail stores (other is in Nashville) and it has so much more! More trains, more rolling stock, more layouts, more die cast NASCAR, everything!! We are glad we were able to visit the NC store! What a treat for any train enthusiast!
Spent plenty of money on Lionel’s nascar products previously. Drove 45 minutes to get a dye cast car, and we got there 20 minutes before they closed; we had time. A man came up to the register and closed the register while telling us that we couldn’t get anything. 20 minutes before you’re actually closed? Really?! Incredibly rude and doors were wide open to anyone who wanted to come in. Won’t be spending money here again, don’t waste your money on people who could care less about your business with them.
Good selection of current products. Mostly list prices except for a small selection of returns and fixer ups.
