Always a must stop for us when visiting our daughter at PSU. We brought our dog this time and it was very hot and he was overheating. One of the guys up front asked if we needed anything and I said some water if you have any. He went into the back and grabbed one from his lunch box. Thank you so much. Cooper was very happy to get that water. As for the store. They have some of the best deals on the street. You won’t be disappointed. Lion & Cub will be are go to store for all future purchases.
Horrible customer service! One of the cashiers at the front was incredibly rude. She was sitting off to the side when I went to go checkout. When she saw me standing there, she rolled her eyes and stood up. I greeted her when I got to the counter and she ignored me. When I asked her to repeat the total because I didn’t hear her, she gave me attitude and rudely told me again. I told her to have a nice day and she turned around and sat back off to the side.
We were in a rush to pickup an online order, but the merchandise was different and cool. Had to stop and browse. Very kind person was so helpful.
