I really can't say enough good things about Jeana and Lion and Lamb transportation services. The quality, cleanliness and professionalism of the service are unmatched. Jeana is kind and helpful with the patient's experience at the center of what she does. She was able to support my father and I taking my grandfather to the doctor. I cannot express the gratitude to Jeana and Lion and Lamb transportation. I had to get my father in law to an appointment, which was out of their range of services, but it was not an issue for Jeana. Not only did she arrive early, she assisted my father in law with getting into the wheelchair and into the van and then back again. She waited while we were at the appointment and she was back at a moment's notice when the appointment was over. My Family used this company for the first time on Thanksgiving and were so happy we did. They were not only prompt bringing her from and picking her for her return to the nursing home but handled our Mother with respect and kindness. The staff was friendly and professional. We will be using them again.
