Mrs. Linzer is a God send! For two years she worked my case, as a court appointed attorney might I add, and brought together such a strong defense team. The state made one offer, 6 years TDC time, we went to trial this week and the jury found me not guilty. Jo Ann listened, cared, and fought for me to the end. Jo ann is a horrible attorney & just bad person all around. I witnessed her being fired by two other inmates at one time while in the court room. As for my personal experience regarding her professional quality I give her a zero. She told me I wouldn’t have any court fees & I got $500 in fines. She told me I would get 20% off for good behavior & that didn’t happen I did my full sentence!!
