Jo ann is a horrible attorney & just bad person all around. I witnessed her being fired by two other inmates at one time while in the court room. As for my personal experience regarding her professional quality I give her a zero. She told me I wouldn’t have any court fees & I got $500 in fines. She told me I would get 20% off for good behavior & that didn’t happen I did my full sentence!! I share the opinion of Judge Bays- Linzer manipulated my perception and that of the Judge in my case. She lacked candor where due. Fails to object to prosecutorial misconduct. Unable to recognize or neutralize prejudice. Dr Jekyll, Mr Hyde. Appears as if on the other team doing back door deals against client interest.
