Whilst their printers may be okay. The customer service is shocking. They don’t answer on the technical support line. They hold you to ransom on the use by dates of ink and solvent even if the printer is out of warranty and block you from using it with their software blocking you. They make you pay for their service or module every year costing hundreds of pounds or again they use the software to block use.
