I received my beautiful super king otterman bed and mattress and it is outstanding, fantastic people and service, and a local middlesbrough company with 35 years of experience. Definitely a 5 star service
They think it's clever to deliver to a council flat at 10pm at night and build a bed, banging and drilling, resulting in waking my 9 month old baby! Not the customer here obviously but what company think that delivering and building a bed is fine to do at 10pm at night?!? I shall be contacting first thing tomorrow morning to log an official complaint over this incident. It's all been caught on camera too as I have CCTV luckily.

Visited this store at 4pm, Saturday 30th December. We were able to try out various mattresses of different levels. Immediate and straight prices for each. We opted for a premium higher priced mattress. No hard sell whatsoever. We were told that delivery is free in our area. We paid by card for the mattress and we were asked when would we like it to be delivered. In summary, we never ever expected that from ordering to delivery would take ONLY 3 hours.
