Definitivement PAS un service sympathique avec sourire! L’arrogance et la vente ca va pas ensemble, calmez vous les vendeuses, la vente de chaussure c’est pas si serieux! Je reviendrai assurément pas a cette boutique. Mais les chaussures sont belles, je vous suggere de commander en ligne!
Horrible customer service. They sell you defective shoes and they won’t refund you after you notice it. They force you to pick something else in the store that’s the same price or higher. I will never EVER buy anything from that garbage store. This is how you lose business. Let’s see how long this place stays in business!

L’intervalle has always been my most favourite store. The shop at Fairview mall has recently become my place in particular.The team there is very helpful and friendly . I had an issue with an order that was somewhat delayed for delivery. I can’t tell you the amount of after sales customer service I got from the team . If you are really looking for service with professionalism as well as quality and taste , l’intervalle and the one in Fairview IS your place . You will get preferential treatment :)
