as a regular customer of Lin’s. i knew Ben for almost 3 years. i reckon I have to come out to say something about yesterday’s issue. actually I was in the shop during their argument. the lady customer was not respect to Ben even ben tried to make her happy. and I just thought the walk in customer who she mentioned is her friend or not, and they were just want refund all money even the lady enjoyed her 1 hour massage. and the walk in customer even threat ben call police if ben not refund the money. as I noticed yesterday. Shocking experience here today. Booked specifically for a lymphatic drainage massage. It became apparent straight away that it was certainly not a lymphatic massage. I’m not really sure what it was perhaps “relaxing?” I had to ask the young girl whether we were going to do my stomach and she seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and did a random massage and missed half my body.
