The most miserable day I've had recently was thanks to this company. Marcus did the best he could, but the bus broke down within 15 minutes and we missed the majority of our event. It took an hour and a half for another bus to show up and so we were stranded on the side of the road. Then, on the way home, we get stuck in mud and have to try to push the bus for 2 hours, then wait another hour for a tow company to finally come. I am absolutely horrified with this company. I will consider a settlement agreement.

Wish I could give it less than a 1 star. We were trying to get somewhere(a 5 hour bus ride) We kept going the wrong way, couldn't get a replacement driver on time, and refused to take us somewhere on our list because of a "time crunch". Yet, at a stop we were told to take as much time as we want because they still had a lot of hours left. Absolutely awful, please never use unless you're trying ruin a trip.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a company that claims to be professional. For starters, who in their right mind loads up a bus of 50 kids without checking the engine!? Not even FIVE miles into our drive, we had to pull off on the side of the road due to technical issues. This may be arguably the WORST customer service I have ever ever had to deal with. On the way to our venue, our bus broke down and we were stranded on the side of the road for over two hours. During this time, the driver did not communicate with us at all what was happening. After the two hours a new bus finally came, but the driver then realized he had gone the WRONG WAY, so we once again had to turn around and backtrack. I Hired this company to take all of us to our friends bachelor party. They were great! Showed up on time. Limo bus looked brand new. Smelled and looked great. Driver was super friendly and when it was all said and done it was a great experience form begining to end. I would definitely recommend!
