Can't understand the negative reviews. These are hands down the most comfortable sheets we've ever slept on- and we've stayed at some pretty fancy hotels! Company is tiny, so items might take a little longer to arrive because they're handmade to order, but the staff is responsive and kind and professional! We're so happy with this purchase.

I ordered a pair of boxers to try them out and liked them so I ordered an additional 3 pairs. Of this order, 2 were fine but the 3rd pair was the wrong size and marked as such. I emailed and Jason responded by telling me they’d ship the correct size to me. The replacement never came and multiple subsequent emails have gone unanswered. Very disappointed.
