I had the pleasure of working with Marilyn Linnell today for my car refinancing paperwork, and I couldn't be more impressed. She was professional, easy to work with, and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. What really stood out was how quickly she made herself available on short notice when I had an urgent need. Her excellent customer service and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend Marilyn to anyone in need of a reliable notary!
Marilyn was amazing. Her knowledge of our estate planning documents, wills, living wills, medical POA's, financial POA's, deeds, etc. was great. She looked over our documents to be sure they were complete and compliant. She helped advise everyone in the room and was cheerful and efficient. Her rates are ridiculously low, and we gave her a generous tip as she did WAY more than just notarize our documents. Calling Linnel Mobile Notary was one of best decision we made. Marilyn had so much experience in doing living trust that made us comfortable when were signing the documents. She took her time not only explained each page for us but make everything legal. She was on time and brought great service right into my house. If you are looking for a notary that make sure you don't have problems in the future we highly recommend her services.
