Live behind property and the back yard looks horrible half the time. The maintenance guy started dumping his compost along the property line. I confronted him about it, he told me to “shut up.” Sent email to management response was that’s his compost pile. Never seen him use compost in the past. Everyone else in my neighborhood uses city compost site. It appears they have no concept of being a good neighbor.
