Got my stuff a little behind schedule but capitalized on the 50% sale and scored. TY for the customer support- stoked on my bag shoes polo & pants!🙏🤙🤙🤙
Their quality has gone down tremendously. I used to love dropping by over the years, and a few years back would consider their quality better than Vuori or LuluLemon for men's sports clothing. Today, service is terrible. QC is non-existent. Nowadays, they are simply too overpriced compared to other brands at the price point. They don't care about their customer base at all. Very bad service and terrible quality on certain products. Also, seems like they don't need customers. Just look at their store hours!
I bought my husband some gifts for Valentine’s Day; they ran large and he wanted a smaller size. I e mailed them because their website only allowed a return (not an exchange). I since e mailed again, it’s now been weeks and no reply. Now their website won’t even let me return them. I’ve also tried contacting them on instagram and nothing. Horrendous customer service, don’t bother.
Hours said open so we walked down from our condo. Sign on door says “Sorry! Closed today - come back tomorrow!” Nope….
Happen to be driving by the store stopped and bought some clothes. Fit well, look good and can wear for different occasions! Very happy old golfer or should I say duffer.
