This is a family run care home, very homely and the residents are well looked after. The downside is that the staff has to deal with aggression on a daily basis, asking two small carers to retrain violent strong men puts everyone in danger and it is not fair, but I guess this is an issue in almost all care homes. Other than this, is a nice place.

Great home with wonderful caring staff and good food. Would highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing care home. This is how care is supposed to be delivered. Staff are highly trained, dedicated, compassionate and treat the residents as family. Staff encourage full participation whilst respecting residents should they just want to rest. Management are amazing and ensure that Staff deliver the highest care. This is evident by all the smiley faces of the residents. There is always a cup of tea for us when we go in. We truly would not know where mum would be now if it wasn't for the Staff at Linkfield.
