I went from a TurboTax guy to needing professional help. I think this firm is not suitable for vast majority of folks! Possibly a good fit if you own a business. My taxes never were filed on time. Always extensions were filed. Although I have an LLC, my taxes were not complicated. Yet the fees were absolutely absurd! I would have given them 5 stars if they had honestly told me that I am not one of their typical clients.. and that I would never be given any priority.. honesty goes a long ways.
