I needed a tune-up on my e-bike, but regular service turned emergency today as my rotors failed. Not only did they fix my bike same day for a very reasonable price, they helped me get my bike to the shop. Extra touches like that are important to me, as a newer person in Laramie who is disabled & without a vehicle. I highly recommend their knowledgable & kind service! Amazing shop, I was in desperate need for a 'quick fix' and Aaron found the piece and got me in and out within an hour. Great attitude, amazing price, and an overall fantastic experience. Definitely check this shop out if your in the hood.
Very happy with the service I received. I emailed to see if they could help with my issue and they responded very quickly with a friendly message. I was able to get in right away and they fixed my front fork issue in minutes and at a great price. This will be my go to spot for any bike related things I have in the future.
My entire experience with Link was 10/10 from bike purchase (love my Santa Cruz Highball!), the fitting service, upgrades, tune ups/servicing, and advice/follow ups along the way. Tackled my first long bike packing trip and had zero mechanicals thanks to Link. Also found Link to be so much more personable than the shops I have access to in Denver (and also hence why I make the 2 hour drive to visit Link).
