Friendly people. Wonderful customer service. When I had a problem after a few months with a product they sold me, they helped me out with a replacement under warranty even though I live out of state. Happy to see all the 5-star reviews on here.
Took my E-bike in for a flat rear tire repair and they didn't have the right size in stock but they quickly put in an order for me and had it replaced and ready to go in 2 days just like they said and for the price I was quoted....super friendly staff and clean shop.
I needed a tune-up on my e-bike, but regular service turned emergency today as my rotors failed. Not only did they fix my bike same day for a very reasonable price, they helped me get my bike to the shop. Extra touches like that are important to me, as a newer person in Laramie who is disabled & without a vehicle. I highly recommend their knowledgable & kind service! Customer service! I received an excellent bike fit here that has drastically increased my comfort and performance on the bike. I will be coming back; highly recommend.
Amazing shop, I was in desperate need for a 'quick fix' and Aaron found the piece and got me in and out within an hour. Great attitude, amazing price, and an overall fantastic experience. Definitely check this shop out if your in the hood.
