I spent the last year and a half bike shopping, and those 18 months are full of bad experiences with various bike shops throughout the WY-CO border region, even with high-end shops in places like Steamboat Springs. During those 18 months, there was lots of comically terrible customer service, folks who know very little about bikes, and general disinterest in being helpful. Amazing service! We were stuck in an rv at Curt Gowdy State Park in need of a mountain bike for my son. Luckily Link had the perfect bike and even delivered it to us!! Incredibly grateful!

Friendly people. Wonderful customer service. When I had a problem after a few months with a product they sold me, they helped me out with a replacement under warranty even though I live out of state. Happy to see all the 5-star reviews on here.
