This family operated store is clean and well stocked and a must stop for anyone into cycling. They have a great selection of new bikes and accessories. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. They have a beautiful workshop for doing maintenance on bicycles that is visible to customers, and workshop rates are fair and well posted. This store is situated in an ideal location and borders a paved bike path perfect for testing a new bike.

My friend and I stopped in to get our ice skate blades sharpened, and it was only $10 per pair. Leroy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful he definitely knows what he’s doing. 10/10 recommend! We’ll definitely be back 😊
I find that Leroy and staff are very customer service oriented! Leroy is very knowledgeable and does not hold back on the advice you need to hear about the purchase you are about to make. He helps you make the correct decision based on your input and him asking the necessary questions. I have purchased three bikes from Link and would highly recommend them!
My wife and I stopped in to their shop a week ago to brouse at their bike selection. We had bikes in the past and we were looking into getting back into cycling. Link cyclery were very helpful in helping us pick out the bikes that fitted our needs. We were able to test ride different models of bikes. We ended up purchasing 2 Momentum bikes that were a great fit for our needs and budget. I would definitely recommend checking out their shop for you cycling needs. Very friendly and helpful, no pushy sales pitch.
