Your driver today (31/7 at approx 1:40pm) cut me off and took my car park in Eltham when it was very clear (indicator was clearly on) that I was waiting for the park. He needs to be taught not only the road rules but also manners. Poor reflection on your company values and ethics. Car Registration 1PU2LD

The service and drivers are fantastic; they are the sweetest, caring, and funniest!! BUT their cancellation fee policy is outrageous. Elderly individuals often cannot choose whether they need to go to the emergency hospital; if they are ill, it is unavoidable. A cancellation fee of 50% is charged even with 24 hours' notice, and a 100% fee is applied on the day of the appointment, regardless of whether the person has been admitted to the hospital. I first heard of Link when I completed my student placement in late 2023, after that I signed up to become a volunteer. After signing up, after a few months I felt a sense of belonging and appreciation from the team for the work I did/do. They are really helpful and organised. If anyone is considering volunteering I say go for it! it`s really rewarding.
